COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I import demo data to try the app?

Profile → DangerButtons → IMPORT DEMO DATA. Loads 12 weeks of seeded sessions, PRs, bodyweight history, and saved templates. Non-destructive of your profile.

How do I pair a heart-rate strap?

Profile → System → HEALTH SYNC. Bluetooth-LE straps from Polar, Garmin, Wahoo, and most others show up automatically. Apple Watch via Apple Health works too — no extra pairing needed if Health permission is granted.

The catalog feels out of date.

Profile → Settings → Data → REFRESH CATALOG. Pulls the latest exercises and programs from the server immediately.

I can't find an exercise.

Library tab → search by name, kebab-case ID, or alias (e.g. "ohp" finds OVERHEAD PRESS). Still missing? CREATE EXERCISE button at the top builds a custom one with all the fields you need.

How do I edit each set individually?

Mid-workout: tap +SET in the action bar to grow. Plan editor: tap EDIT PER SET on any exercise — the SETS stepper still works, the row expands into N editable rows.

How do I delete all my data?

Profile → Settings → Data → ERASE ALL DATA. Or just delete the app — there are no server-side records to clean up.

The Live Activity won't close.

The app auto-reaps orphan Live Activities on every launch. If yours is stuck, open TOGYM once and it'll clear. Worst case, iOS dismisses any activity after 12 hours.
